Hello everyone! What am I talking about, everyone?  Does anyone even come here and look at stuff anymore? Well, I apologize.  That is my fault.  Many things happened between the last time I was on here and now. Between family, friends, work, animals, and tons of other things, my time has been far distracted from being on here. My mom had two surgeries that I stayed around and helped with.  She's in remission now, though her thumb and foot still give her grief.  Both surgeries required her to lose being able to use the full appendage, which meant new routines and lots of frustration. My sister got her own home and now lives about an hour away.

Sorry for my lack of updates!  Been very busy taking care of my mom after her surgery, holidays, and job hunting. I did start a new job this past Friday.  I am working for PVSP, but this time at the Scales & Tales aviary.  Means I get to work with all kinds of native birds of prey.  Also means I get to clean their mews every day.  Very dirty job, but rewarding.  I'm getting a lot of good experience and can handle the birds more frequently.  I'm glad to be back at PVSP too.  My other options were not so swift.  Of course, this is still only seasonal work, so I'm still searching for a full-time position.
